Synopsis: Claramond Anna does not remember anything.
Only his name is familiar. The city around it is white, beautiful, unreal. Almost despite herself, the girl accepts the attentions of the beautiful Wynter, heir to a powerful dynasty. Ball dream and lavish gifts to succeed him but Anna feels that something is wrong. She is in danger. In addition, clues and messages are sown to its attention by the elusive mask, a fugitive.
Who is his enemy, who is his friend? Anna knows she must remember. But that he would reserve its memory once found?

My opinion:
History: Anna is struck by a car and has no memory. Wynter she meets a young man a bit special which she falls. It quickly understand that something is wrong in his life and trying somehow to find the reason.
Characters: Anna is a girl of 17 who goes to a posh school, lives with her butler following the disappearance of his parents but does not remember anything. It is (for me) somewhat frivolous, a little stupid and too naive. I struggled to understand and follow his reasoning (even if the end explains much afterwards I'm a little disappointed). The character of Jacob, the butler is the one that pleased me the most. It is both faithful and honest and will do anything to help Anna. As for Wynter and mask, no one knows not very well which is good, which is bad even if its shares are by Wynter up pretty easily from one side (I will not say which, for the curious, read it!).
What I liked: the story is well written and very enjoyable to follow. The author leads us into the intricacies of the human spirit and hold us in suspense until the final pages. I liked some of the characters created and the story in its entirety (Anna's father, an architect, has done something extraordinary from Central Park). We hope that Anna will eventually get out and understand what happened to his family. The indices are distilled to progressively and we understand at the very end what the author wanted to show us. Who will win the mask or Wynter? Which one will ultimately prevail Anna and help in his quest for the truth in his search for his family? The conclusion was the best time for me and I acknowledge that the author manages to surprise us at this time.
What I did not like: I have not really adhered to the character of Anna. This reading is pleasant but not exciting as I expected. I think I put too much expectations in this book and I was finally a little disappointed with the turn it takes.
Note: 14/20
Finally: cover is really beautiful!
